What jobs did Mayan slaves do

Mayans didn't have slaves. They were extinct long before Western civilization ever found any remains of Mayans. Everything you learn about ancient civilizations is all made up or based on assumptions. Unless there was then probably the same jobs other slaves did, building things, farming, heavy labor.
