If a power was not specified under the articles of confederation, who would be responsible for it?

The Articles of Confederation was an agreement between the original thirteen states of the United States. This document served as the country's first constitution. The most dominant idea throughout the document was the preservation of the independence and sovereignty of the states. The central government was very weak, and its powers very limited. Any power that was not specified under the Articles of Confederation was the responsibility of the states.

i don't see how you want other people to do your work for you and it is like you are just handing your assignment to anybody else and having them deal with it instead of your self i thought this site was for asking questions and somebody could you on it not just handing your work to somebody else to deal with it just saying don't mean to be mean just proving a fact.
