Marx and Engels had the  believe that THE REVOLUTION would be easy and fast to carry out. This because they had the notion that, Capitalism itself would favour  the capitalist. the capitalist were the people in charge of Government and had  the means of productions, and disposes others of having wealth.  

They were of the opinion  that  competition between capitalist would decrease  the number of capitalists. The scale of economics  would make other  smaller business go into debt. at the end of the day,  there would only be monopolies left.
