The big one that is often overlooked was the semi-secret Soviet-Nazi nonaggression pact which Hitler would famously violate less than 3 years later, while a shocked-most likely he'd've been diagnosed literally w/medical shock-Stalin sat and stared at the wall while the German's Blitzed hundreds of miles into his country.
