A higher court of Supreme Court is the biggest court in the country and the decision take by it cannot be overturned or challenged anywhere. But not all the cases are heard or taken by higher courts. There is a procedure to follow that. In simple words, a losing party can’t just challenge the decision of higher court just because they are not happy with the verdict of lower court.
