What's one thing you would change about the US court system?

One thing i would change about the US court system would be to make the Jury professional people. This is because many times its just random US citizens which one may never know if they are biased. For example what if they see the person being accused is black and automatically say he is guilty. Which is why I believe the Jury should be professional people who only say if they are innocent our guilty with the evidence given
