You get turned to dust and vanish from the Land of the Dead. You won't ever come back, and you stay forgotten by everyone who is both living and dead (and didn't know him).

20. How many times has Miguel performed before?

He has never performed before (in front of an audience), which is why he was extremely nervous and wasn't sure if he could play his music how he usually does.

21. How did Miguel's performance go?

His performance was spectacular, as the crowd loved him. They liked the way he sang, the dancing, and the fact that a different song was being played instead of the same one that has been playing by other contestants. He won the contest, but wasn't there to receive it.
