PLEASE HELP The plan was for the standard of living in Mexico rise and become closer to that in the U. S. as labor conditions and wages in Mexico improve. did it work?

A. Not at all for Mexico as their GDP went down or stayed the same... and with the USA & Canada, their Standard of Living did not change overall, and even went down in the areas where businesses were closing and unemployment was on the rise.

B. No, all 3 country's standard of living went way way down.

C. Yes, all 3 countries experienced higher standards of living.

D. The standard of living DID get better in Mexico, but actually got lower in the USA & Canada.
