Duty of every branch

1. Legislative- The Legislative Branch enacts legislation, confirms or rejects Presidential appointments, and has the authority to declare war. This branch includes Congress (the Senate and House of Representatives) and several agencies that provide support services to Congress.

2. Executive- Executive power is exercised by the government under the leadership of the president. Legislative power is vested in both the government and the two-chamber congress—the Senate (the upper chamber) and the House of Representatives (the lower chamber).

3. Judicial-Judicial power rests with the Supreme Court and the lower courts, as established by law (Art. VIII, sec. 1 of the 1987 Constitution). Its duty is to settle actual controversies involving rights which are legally demandable and enforceable (Art)

Most important branch is :

The Executive Branch-Article II of the Constitution states that the executive branch, with the president as its head, has the power to enforce or carry out the laws of the nation.

Failing branch:

Most important? Legislative as with its ability to pass laws in areas of national policy. The laws that it creates apply to the public and some cases private laws.

Failing? The Judicial, as that the descions made are not enforced.
