Fox broadcasting is televising the Super Bowl this year. They have hired Kayne to perform during the Halftime show. In the contract Kayne agreed to change some lyrics to be family appropriate. The day of the performance Kayne claims artistic choice is protected under the first amendment and he would sing, "Whatever I want." Fox broadcasting said that if he did, he would not be paid for the performance.
