Charles the 1st takes over and begins feuding with parliament over
control and wealth.

Upset, Oliver Cromwell and the Puritans in Parliament take up arms against Charles. Starting the English Civil War.

After Cromwell's death, Parliament restores the monarchy by choose
Charles 1st's son Charles II.

Charles is defeated by Cromwell, and the King beheaded. Cromwell is now
the Dictator in England forcing Puritan beliefs on the people of England.

After removing James II from the thrown, Parliament chooses his Daughter Mary and her husband William to become King and Queen, but
they must sign the Bill of Rights before taking the thrown, which limits
there power
