How did western settlers affect buffalo populations on the Plains? How did this affect Native Americans on the Plains? I need help ASAP

western settlers disturbed the buffalos natural habbitat and migration. when railways were introduced, many were killed as passengers would shoot the buffalo from inside the train for fun. native americans used buffalos for food, hairbrushes, clothes, tent coverings ect... and didnt like killing in excess, so this upset them and also affected their way of life. there is more but this is what i can remember off the top of my head
