Don’t listen to her , you’re perfect the way you are , don’t change yourself for a girls happiness if she truly loves you she will love you for who you are! If you truly want to improve your body I recommend looking up apps to help specifically for that, go above and beyond don’t do minimal work out just push a little more past your limits when you get tired go like 5 more minutes or whatever you may be doing , it gets easier as time goes on, then increase it , push past what you think your limits are but only do it if you want to do it not if someone else wants you to, make yourself happy not other people. Others will become happy if they love you for who you are they won’t care about the extra stuff
