Depends on the person really. But overall, yes I believe a person could achieve their dreams if they put their minds to it. You just have to have the right mentality to do so. If your a person who thinks "they will never achieve this" or "I cant do it" Then you'll never make it with that attitude. But if your a person who has a positive attitude to what they want to achieve you will one day. Get your work done and stay positive for the end goal.
