This quotation clearly states that the natural rights are life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness, which is treasured in the declaration because of John Locke. It is the first sentence, and it states this:

"We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed, by their Creator, with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of Happiness."

Unalienable here means "not able to be taken away," which is what natural rights are.
