How were African Americans treated in the U. S. during the 1920s?

They were treated worse then white people, because of the color of their skin. It is called prejudice. During the 1920's, many whites thought that they were a higher class than colored people, so they bought them as slaves and such. In other words, African Americams were treated very badly in the 1920's

well let's see i know a little about the fall of the roman empore but what to say i do not have a clue of what to say.
