I guess you could say that the answer is B. The cause of the dust storms was because when there was a drought, it caused the crops to die, and without the roots to hold the soil in place, the dust would blow around and create huge dust storms.

well let's see i know a little about the fall of the roman empore but what to say i do not have a clue of what to say.
