When the Revolutionary War broke out, colonists were in the position to chose which side they would support- the new republic or Great Britain. One side would be referred to as Patriots, while the other side were known as Tories or Loyalists. For this assignment: Follow the link provided and read the article on the Revolutionary War. Compile a list that describes the views of a Patriot and a Tories (Loyalist). Write a paragraph describing which side you would chose and why.
