What makes a government successful? How do you know?

You know when a government is successful when it's effective and invests in its people, advances opportunities for shared prosperity, and raises the revenues needed to support the public structures that support inclusive economic growth. We can know this because we are a part of society and we can tell when our ecosystem is boosting, goods are being bought and sold and that we have unlimited use of public stuctures and facilities because the governement investes and raised their revenues so we can use them to improve economic growth.

john f. kennedy purpose was to make his argument a strong appeal to emotion in order to make an impact and connection to american citizens. he want to achieve peace by telling the citizens they shouldn't be afraid of other nations.
