I believe people should be able to own a gun if they can use it properly, like I don't believe they should have to be quizzed with 100 questions. I believe if they have younger children around they should be able to keep it in a safe place that the child does not know about. Yes, Americans should be able to own guns if they can keep them responsibly no child should be able to have a gun in their hands without supervision.
