Selon la mythologie grecque, le bâtiment a été conçu par l'architecte et mathématicien athénien Dédale. Le roi Minos, qui commanda le palais, le retint prisonnier, lui et son fils Icare, dans une tour du palais, afin de s'assurer que ce dernier ne révélerait pas les secrets et plan du bâtiment.

there are basically 3 goals of the government: 1) maintain order by protecting life and property. 2) providing public goods, those which are typically not provided by the public sector, such as roads and education. 3) promote equality be it political, opportunist or outcome equality.
