Explain what was important about the problem of poverty in Elizabethan England (8)

The importance of the period of Elizabtethan England was that the poor people turned even more poor, and they were very desperate in need. The poverty rate was growing by a lot in this time. Desperate people grew hungry in the streets.

This was a crisis that would take in fact years to fix about.
