My moms making me read a book about my mental health *eye roll emoji* LM, AOO it upsets me,, i asked her if i could go to therapy for it but she says "no! books are ur best friends!" ugh i know shes trying her best but the books arent doing ANYTHINGG the only thing thats in the book are breathing exercises.. she get upset when i talk to her about my mental health issues,, she thinks shes a bad mom when i talk about it..
-TW- she also recently saw my notes saying how i wanna 0verd0se and all she did was take away my phone and h1t me. it made me really upset when she went through my phone. it was also really scary.
i had an anxiety attack while she was screaming at me and she continued to h1t me and scream.
im only 13, shes acted like this for almost my whole life. i mean i understand shes under a lot of stress but she always takes it out on me.
my brother is afraid to leave her alone with me and whenever he leaves i get scared. my step-dad doesnt really do much to stop it.

sorry for ranting here, i know some people are going through much worse but im here to talk <3.
