Are some who claim to be tolerant in our society actually intolerant?

Of course there are. Tolerant people are those who let things or certain behaviors that they don't agree with, go. While intolerant of course are those who don't let things go because they don't agree with them. Being "tolerant" almost makes one more likeable, which is why even intolerant people will pose as one to say get a certain job or something.
