• And select one of those events and describe it in a paragraph (make a simple list in order or you

2. Claim that The Fall of Constantinople was the direct cause of the Age of Exploration and support
that claim with evidence from the reading.
• Should be a paragraph long (5 sentences). Topic sentence address the claim the support with
information from the lesson. (According to the lesson...)
• Use your own words cannot be only the words from the lesson. Supporting your claim means
proving your claim is correct.
3. List and describe two nautical inventions or improvements you read about. Describe the item
and how it changed navigation in the 15th century (simple bullet points will work).
