Last but not least, the Trump administration announced that it would not allow organizations that provide referrals for abortions to receive federal family-planning money,

I think he does many great things for this country and biden should not be president based on the things that hey says and his actions.

he didn't think it was ethically wrong. he thought it was not going to work and it was not going to be of any assistance. he wrote about that in his memoirs.
