Why is it not good to vote for someone in which you do not know their character ? please help

It is never good to vote for someone who you don't know their character because they could be a threat to our democracy, they could be a person who know's nothing about the job, or support idea's or bills/ law, that could personally affect you.

For example; Healthcare. Many people need healthcare right now, but a certain candidate is threatening to take it away, and you happen to be in that same provider, and you voted for that person to take it away.

This is why it is very important for people to know who, and what there candidate support, and what they do not. It is also especially important to know the person, make sure the person isn't a criminal, an impeached official, etc,.
