Below are two opposing views expressed at the Constitutional Convention. 1. As delegates from small states, we insist on a national legislature in which each state receives equal representation.

2. As delegates from large states, we believe that representation should be based on population. States with more people should have more representatives.

How was this disagreement between small states and large states resolved?
