In class we read that a handful of owers own all the media outlets in the US. In addition, in the US over 200 counties do not have a local newspaper and over 1,500 counties only have one newspaper. 1. This is a problem for our democracy, because it is important for people to receive information, from the media, if that means, through the radio, TV, or the Newspaper.

2. If there was an emergency happening now, you would get live coverage from the Radio, and TV, not the newspaper.
