How did the industrial revolution affect European societies during the 18th and 19th centuries?

european societies had become more developed and gained a boost in the economy and had the population growing as those from rural areas were moving in to gain more money to support themselves or their family this seemed beneficial for the goverment as their power and money were growing

however the boost in factories had also lead to the consequences of pollution and the many deaths of children teenagers and adults working in these dangerous factories furthermore this decreased life expectancy as working in thee poor conditions of the factory could have a bad impact on your breathing especially if you had asthma

this also links to the majority of the urbanss areas being poor and having 3 or more children to gain money and were 'easily' replaced if they had died

doing this had also incouraged the poor law meanong the new poor law had ensured that the poor were housed given food and clothed and children were allowed to be educated

although this new poor law had been abolished due to the high level of unemployment and had been replaced woth national health services as many people had taken it for granted
