Your letter should include:
1. Date & salutation (10 points)
2. A paragraph that identifies the SPECIFIC region in which you plan to settle and explains your reasons for moving
there. You must expand on the reasons you are settling, geography, economy (jobs), government and culture of
that colony (50 points)
3. A second paragraph that compares the region you have chosen with the other two regions of colonial America.
For example, if you chose the Southern region - you would compare it to the New England and Middle regions.
(30 points)
4. Writing that is free from spelling and grammatical errors (10 points)
