interdependence is when all participating groups and individuals depend on each other. if you depend on one anothers goods, you end up trading in order to get the items you're looking for. (for ex: if i have food and you have water, we trade in order to depend on each other to live)

no every country is held to the same degree as others just some member countries such as the usa and germany are more economically sound so the need to show there support to all others  

both the house and senate must approve of the conference report. after a bill has been approved by both the house and senate in identical form, it is sent to the president. if the president vetoes a bill, congress may attempt to “override the veto.”
