***HELP NEEDED!*** Take a close look at the photo. What can you infer about the living conditions of the working poor? Write one or two sentences about what you see. (I had to repost this because someone apparently removed it :/ and said it violated community guidelines even tho its history)

I can infer from the picture that the living conditions of the working poor were at poverty level. Sadly, the children wore rags, had no shoes, & may have been homeless orphans living on the street. It also looks like these children had no one who cared about them.
