Gunpowder and weapons - Gunpowder was actually invented by Ancient China, along with numerous weapons. It is thought that these got brought over during the Mongol invasion. Europeans continued using these inventions and we still do to this day.

Silk - Silk is thought to be made by Lady Hsi-Ling-Shih, the wife of an emperor who ruled China. Along with silk, she also created the loom. Silk was exclusive to China until the Silk Road, which caused many other people to obtain it. Europeans loved silk and would often pay a good sum of money to get it, it was thought to be fancy and oftentimes expensive.
