What was one effect of the English Bill of Rights?

(not sure if you need a good or bad effect but here is something)

Explanation: A Lot of people Did not like or want the bill of right, mainly the federalist, because they felt it limit there freedom and was not necessary.  

i think it was because of how protected egyptian civilization was was which allowed them to evolve without much outside influence.
