How does a lack of infrastructure most likely affect poverty in rural India? It has no effect on poverty because these areas do not need these systems and facilities to provide food and employment. It decreases poverty because these areas turn to relying on systems and facilities of nearby countries. It increases poverty because access to food and employment depends on reliable infrastructure. It ends poverty because outlying communities become self-sufficient when they don’t rely on infrastructure.
