Hitler believed so much in his Nazi supremacism and his own strategics that it probably led to his downfall.

Hitler was very aggressive with his attacks, and Europe feared him. Appeasement probably only inflated his ego, as it reinforced that most of Europe was too scared to do any thing.

His overconfidence came into play at the Russian front. He didn't give his men winter coats, so many of them died at Russia, unable to survive in the cold weather and the mounds of snow.

He probably also thought that everyone was going to try to avoid war no matter what, which is why he provoked the United States.

That was first fatal flaw.

Once the United States entered, the tide seemed to turn, and it was clear that Hitler's overconfidence in his army was his downfall.
