Why did the framers of the constitution include the concept of limited government

I do not see any choices, but I hope that this helps you.  You have to remember that Government can do ONLY what the people give it authority to do.  This was instituted to prevent tyranny.  The United States Constitution gives the government the power on behalf of the PEOPLE.
