I do not believe that the KKK wore the white hoods to keep their identities a secret, as a matter of fact, they were more aggressive before they began wearing them. I think the White hood and robes are just the outfit the cultists wear, but I'm not 100% sure on this one.

the difference is that white collar worker performs skills like worker as a scientist or well blue collars do physical work and they do services like being a cook.
