What are some images or thoughts you think of when you consider a civil war?

When i think of the civil war i think about how it was one of the most deadly wars for america, as in more americans died in this war compaired to others, and how important it was in american history seeing as the war started out as Lincoln trying to get the south back but the ended up turning in to a war on civil rights (freeing the slaves).
