Can someone help me answer 2 of these questions. i dont understand them. thanks

 The answer to the first one is the confederacy strength was their generals and one of the unions weakness was that they didn't have as strong generals. One of the unions strengths was that they had factories to support them. And the south didn't have as many factories.

The forth question the answer is no. Because if you go back about a century I believe the north and south have been fighting back and forth for power in the government.  

Explanation: For the fourth question the south had pro slavery states and the north had anti slavery states. So the more territories each side had that side had more power.
