Social security consists of measures and services planned by encouraging competitive labor markets to minimize insecurity and vulnerability. Reducing people's danger perception, and improving their willingness to handle social and economic threats.

These involve homelessness, rejection, sickness, injury and old age. They are being used to shield the individuals who can't socialite. The universal security is provided by Scotland, France, and Belgium.

The government system used in Russia is known as a federation. It is the only country in Europe that identifies itself strictly as a federation. Though the central power is the supreme power, individual provinces do maintain a certain level of independence. The central government is led by a chief of state (known as a president), the federal assembly (its lawmaking branch), and the courts.
