1. Gerrymandering most commonly whichever political party has more in the legislature when the congressional district lines have been redrawn.

2. The people that benefit the most from pork-barrel projects are politicians in their own district. When a politician uses government funds for projects to please voters, this is an example of a pork-barrel project.

3. (really it's your opinion but i would say) I think if politicians are actually going to follow through with their promises, it is not a bad thing, but if they make empty promises just to get votes and then don't carry them out, that's not very fair to the voters.
