As you go from room to room, check out your possessions and the organization of your home; imagine what would happen in an earthquake. All BUT ONE item is a potential hazard during an earthquake. A) Tall, heavy furniture that could topple over. B) Appliances that could move enough to rupture gas or electrical lines. C) A large supply of commercially bottled water as well as bleach for water purification. D) Flammable liquids, such as painting or cleaning products, that are safer stored in a garage or outside shed.
