Explanation: During the 1920s, American economy began to boom. The nation’s total wealth more than doubled and economic growth put Americans into new consumer society. Credit cards became a thing and people were able to buy expensive things and pay on them later. Culture in the 1920’s were roaring. People from coast to coast listened to all of the same music, used the same slang, danced the same, and bought mostly the same good. For women in the 1920's, women became more sexually free. The 19th Amendment allowed women to vote, millions of women worked on white collar jobs. They also invented a birth control device making it possible for women to have fewer children. 

depends on the age of the teen, many believe by the age of 16 a person should know the strong difference between right and wrong along with the difference between risky and immediate death. swimming with sharks might be dangerous but swimming with sharks while bloody meat is attached to you is just insane. even more if you have no idea what you're doing. however, no matter the age, as long as the person is skilled enough and has the mental and physical capacity to control their actions doing whatever sport they put their mind to is all that matters.
