The American and the French Revolution, 1789 until 1799, both were the same in the history. The American and the French Revolution was caused by economic struggles. The Revolution began as their economic increases where their government forced high taxes because of their war debts. People who were taxed felt furious and the people protested and rise their voice against their government. The American wanted to get freedom from the Britain and the French wanted to create a new government.
The American and the French Revolutions also followed the ideas of the enlightenment educators. They were inspired because the enlightenment was all about the human right and freedom for people. It was a movement that mostly focused on freedom, equality, freedom of press and religious tolerance. The enlightenment also played a big role in woman’s rights before that, women’s were expected to serve to their family, and husband. Dering the age of enlightenment most women’s started to raise their voice. They wanted to have their right for educations and to have the same power like mans.
