Why might woman in arab society have welcomed islam?

Prophet Muhammad in his historical context dramatically improved the rights and position of women in society. Islam encourages the education of women who, during the Golden Age of Islam, have established some of the most prestigious and important universities in the Islamic world.

In Islam woman and man are equal: The woman is not the source of evil and doom, and some scholars interpret the Koranic verses so that she was not even created by Adam's famous third rib, but both man and woman were created "from one soul.".

Muhammad  forbade the killing of a female infant (a common practice in pre-Islam Arab society was to bury unwanted female babies alive in the ground).

Under Islamic law, women cannot be forced into marriage and has right to divorce.

health care plans in the united states having high costs because they are focusing on providing quality programs for different groups of individuals. the quality of the service is based on money flow received from the members. without this investment, couldn't be possible a constant scientific searching to prevent death and illness caused because of low levels of health investigation. currently, the complaints are not about the highest cost, but about the coverage and benefits to access the necessary health services required by the members.  

besides, if a global health system is established the quality levels will fall down because of the standardized of the health. the access to care will increase but the quality will be low because it depends on the money invested.
