There are two options here after:(Option A) Either 2/3rd votes of both houses proposes this amendment(Option B) Or 2/3rd votes of state legislatureThen again we have two options after having either of the above mentioned two options:(Option a) Either 3/4th majority of state legislature ratify this amendment(Option b) Or 3/4th majority of State Conventions ratify the amendment.After this, the proposed amendment is added to the constitution.
