Many believe the u. s. constitution was made to be slow and time consuming. if this is true, why would the founding fathers have made the constitution this way? to allow each branch to be held more responsible to prevent changes to national laws and processes to allow each branch's actions to be checked by another branch to allow the american people to have a role in all branches of government
