Julius Ceaser is a monarch who had many good things for the civilians of Rome under his regime. He was liked by the populace. His laws were centering around the welfare of the poor and the less wealthy. He also made a hardest move in removing the vested interest of the bureaucracy. He was well known for breaking rules for the welfare of the public.

He also became familiar construction of public works and unified the provinces, he passed many laws to abolish bribery and corruption in his rule. he also passed land reforms which benefited the poor to own land which earned them livelihood.
